 Arthur
A. Angotti, 60, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the
Corporation. Mr. Angotti is President of Heritage Management, Inc., a
financial consulting firm. He was a managing member of Jammin’
Broadcasting, LLC. Mr. Angotti has been a director for Artistic Media
Partners, Inc. since 1998. Prior to that, he was a director for
Broadcasting Management Inc, the general partner of University Broadcasting,
LP from 1987 to 2000.
 Robert
A. Borns, 69, is the Chairman of
Borns Management Corporation, an Indianapolis real estate development firm.
He also serves as Chairman of Correctional Management Corporation, and
serves as a Director for the Barbara Sinatra Children’s Center, Northern
Trust Company Bank of California, College of the Desert Foundation, McCallum
Theatre and Indiana University Foundation. He is a Trustee of the
Indianapolis Museum of Art. Mr. Borns has been a director for Artistic Media
Partners, Inc. since 1998. Prior to that, he was a director for
Broadcasting Management Inc, the general partner of University Broadcasting,
LP from 1987 to 2000.
 David
R. Frick,
60, is the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of Anthem, Inc, a health
insurance company from 1995 to 2005. He served as Managing Partner of
Baker & Daniels, from 1987 through 1992. Mr. Frick serves on the Board of
Directors of The National Bank of Indianapolis, The Anthem Companies, Inc.,
and the Indiana Pacers Basketball Corp. Foundation. He also serves on the
Board of Directors of the Indiana and Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce. Mr.
Frick has been a director for Artistic Media Partners, Inc. since 1998.
Prior to that, he was a director for Broadcasting Management Inc, the
general partner of University Broadcasting, LP from 1987 to 2000.
 Judith
H. Hamilton, 60, served as President and Chief Executive Officer of
Classroom Connect January 1999 to May 2002. She currently serves as the
Chairman of the Governance Committee and a member of the Board of Directors
for R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company. She is Chairman of the Board for Market
Tools, Inc., a market research firm and is a Trustee of the National Parks
Foundation, the Wildlife Conservation Society and the Committee for Economic
Development. She was a managing member of Jammin’ Broadcasting, LLC. Ms.
Hamilton has been a director for Artistic Media Partners, Inc. since 2000
and is the current Chairman of the Board.
 Dr.
Steven F. Isenberg, 55, has been a practitioner of Otolaryngology –
Head and Neck Surgery - in Indianapolis since 1979. Dr. Isenberg serves on
the Board of Directors for the Zotec Solutions, Inc., a medical billing and
software company; and Micagenix, a contract research organization. He was
also a managing member of Jammin’ Broadcasting, LLC. Dr. Isenberg has been a
director for Artistic Media Partners, Inc. since 1998.
 Alex
D. Oak, 59, is Chairman of Paul I. Cripe, Inc., an
architecture and engineering firm. Mr. Oak serves on the
Boards of Directors for the IU Center for Real Estate
Studies, Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, Purdue
University Civil Engineering Advisory Council, the Greater
Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce (past chairman), and the
Paul I. Cripe Charitable Foundation, Inc. Mr. Oak serves on
two other for profit boards Eco Oxygen Technologies, LLC and
Shrewsberry and Associates, LLC. Mr. Oak has been a
director for Artistic Media Partners, Inc. since 2000.
 Dr.
Merrill A. Ritter, 66, was a Surgeon and Chief of
the Center for Knee and Hip Surgery, Moorseville, Indiana
until he retired in 2004. He is an author of several books
and over 300 medical peer review articles and has been a
guest lecturer at symposiums around the world. Dr. Ritter
was President of the Associations of Hip and Knee Surgeons
1997-1998 and is a Professor of Orthopedics at Indiana
University. Dr. Ritter currently serves as President of the
American Knee Society. Dr. Ritter is also President for a
not-for-profit mission trip that performs total hip and knee
replacements for the underprivileged around the world. Dr.
Ritter has been a director for Artistic Media Partners, Inc.
since 1998. Prior to that, he was a director for
Broadcasting Management Inc, the general partner of
University Broadcasting, LP from 1996 to 2000.
 Glenn
M. Swisher, Director Emeritus, is President of the Swisher
